John–

From Maine to Hawaii and everywhere in between, Moms Demand Action and
Students Demand Action volunteers are showing up. They're making sure our
lawmakers work to end the gun violence crisis now.

Already this year, they've helped stop more than 100 bad gun bills in
state legislatures. And just a couple weeks ago, student volunteers led
more than 300 school walkouts in 42 states and Washington, D.C.

Our grassroots movement is so powerful because of these incredible
volunteers—whether they joined when Moms Demand Action was created 10
years ago, or just signed up yesterday.

This National Volunteer Week, help us make sure they know how much they're
appreciated. [ [link removed] ]Sign our thank you card today letting the volunteers who
power this movement know you’re thankful for them. Add your name.

The last few weeks have been hard. We've grappled with even more mass
shootings, while our communities continue to be devastated by a crisis
that leaves 120 people shot and killed and hundreds more wounded every
single day.

We are grieving—but with the help of our volunteers, we are channeling
that grief into action. Together, we're building a safer future for
everyone.

Thank you for being a part of this movement, and for helping make change
possible.
