This is the first time Mikie has ever been in the minority in the House.

When Mikie was in a Democratic majority, she helped pass measures to cap insulin and other prescription costs for people on Medicare, fund the Gateway Tunnel Project, strengthen gun-safety laws, address climate change, and make it easier for veterans to access the health care and benefits they’ve earned. For Mikie, representing NJ-11 is about coming up with solutions to the issues that really matter to New Jerseyans.

Now, Republicans control the majority and they’re more focused on partisan bickering, obstructing progress, and threatening our economy than addressing the real challenges facing everyday people.

There’s so much more Mikie wants to get done -- from restoring the SALT deduction and delivering tax relief to lowering the cost of childcare -- but we need to flip the House, and NJ-11 is a must-win race for making that happen.
