One of our two keynote addresses will be delivered by Ambassador Alexander Kmentt, director of disarmament, arms control, and nonproliferation at the Austrian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and president-designate of the first meeting of the states-parties to the Treaty on the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons.
