Help Us Collect Data on Plastic Pollution in National Parks!
After a successful pilot project last year, 5 Gyres is making Plastic-Free Parks an annual campaign to track plastic pollution trends in U.S. National Parks and federal lands... and YOU can join us!
From now through September, you can take part by heading to any national park or NPS-managed land, doing a cleanup, and submitting your data. You'll contribute to a comprehensive dataset that can play a huge role in protecting our parks from plastic pollution, from supporting federal policy measures to implementing localized solutions.
Sign up now to receive detailed instructions on how to participate, helpful resources, and access to volunteer trainings.
