John,
I sent an email yesterday about my next step in this fight for freedom. Over the past several years, I've had to defend my reputation and medical license against the attacks of political activists weaponizing the Board of Medical Practice. During the latter part of my senate term and my run for governor, this threat hung over my head constantly.
In this fifth and latest investigation, which was totally dismissed, I was perturbed to see Keith Ellison join in as a political actor - hoping to use the weight of his office to influence the process. It's becoming harder and harder for doctors (and all Americans) to speak freely and have a political opinion without it meaning a weaponized government agency can come after you.
I am preparing a lawsuit in Federal court against Keith Ellison and the Board of Medical Practice. No doctors or professionals should go through this ever again. How many people have lost their jobs or their livelihoods in the past few years because they expressed something against the mainstream? How many lost their careers because they wouldn't do what the government demanded?
My team and I, along with capable attorneys, are prepared to take this lawsuit as high as we need to. Our goal is to aid the courts in further drawing the line between protected speech and professional conduct subject to regulation, as well as holding accountable those responsible for the outrageous weaponization of government against me and so many others.
I am writing you again today because I need your help. We've created a fundraising link to help fund this expensive process. I have already invested my own resources and will continue to do so, no matter the cost. But this lawsuit will hopefully set a precedent for all Minnesotans and Americans, that they can feel their 1st and 14th Amendment rights are protected again. Will you help me before the weekend hits? A donation of $5, $10, $15 or more would help immensely in what will be a long and arduous fight against the Attorney General's office.
Thank you for your support. Thank you for your prayers. Thank you for being with me in the fight to come. It is time to go on offense. Will you join me?

Sincerely,
Dr. Scott Jensen
