- ProPublica’s groundbreaking stories featured commentary [[link removed]] from CREW’s Chief Ethics Counsel Virginia Canter about Supreme Court Justice Thomas’s undisclosed luxury trips and tight relationship with Harlan Crow.
- When the news broke that he also failed to disclose his sale of property to Crow, we filed a civil and criminal complaint [[link removed]] to the Department of Justice and Chief Justice John Roberts urging criminal and civil investigations.
- CREW President Noah Bookbinder was on MSNBC’s All in with Chris Hayes [[link removed]] and CNN to explain the weight of Thomas’s violations and what the revelation could mean.
