When DC kids and families faced unprecedented challenges brought on by the pandemic, our supporters were there. And when those challenges were compounded by the end of federal funding for critical health, housing and education supports, our partners increased their efforts to help us serve children and families.

We are so grateful for everyone who makes our work possible. More than 3,500 donors, partners and pro bono volunteers helped us reach 4,237 children and families in 2022. Today we are recognizing one special group: the teams who went above and beyond in our 2022 Champions for Children campaign, where law firms and corporations challenge themselves, corporate contacts, associates, partners, vendors and staff to raise critical funds for Children’s Law Center.

Our 2022 Champions for Children winners not only remained steadfast partners through the height of the pandemic, but also doubled down on their commitment last year and put in record-breaking efforts to ensure Children's Law Center could help families in under-served communities through individual and systemic advocacy.

Please join us in celebrating our 2022 Champions for Children winners:

CHAMPION FOR CHILDREN – 250+ Attorneys in the DC Office

CORPORATE CHAMPION FOR CHILDREN
Congratulations and our tremendous thanks to these dedicated champions!

Our 2023 Champions for Children campaign is now underway – it’s an incredible way to increase your impact at a vital time. On top of federal funding ending, looming local budget cuts threaten to shrink programs that help families find and keep healthy housing and that provide essential educational support to students. To participate in the 2023 Champions for Children campaign and make a difference in children’s lives, please contact me at [email protected]

With gratitude,
