Apply Now for the Ford Auto Tech Scholarship!
We are excited to announce the Ford Auto Tech Scholarship Program, designed to support students pursuing a career as an automotive technician. In collaboration with Ford Dealers, the Ford Fund welcomes the next generation of auto technicians by awarding $5,000 ($2,500 per semester) scholarships for tuition to financially-struggling students pursuing careers in auto and auto/diesel technology.
This scholarship is an opportunity for students to receive financial assistance to help with the costs of their education, thanks to the generous support of the Ford Fund and the TechForce Foundation.
At LNESC, we understand the importance of investing in the next generation of students to make the dream of attending college a reality. This is why we are partnering with the Ford Fund and TechForce to offer this scholarship to students who are passionate about pursuing a degree or certificate in automotive technology (including diesel).
To be eligible for the scholarship, applicants must fit the following criteria:
- Any individual (high school graduates, career-changing adults, veterans, reskill, etc.) pursuing a degree or certificate in automotive technology (including diesel) in the greater Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, and Phoenix areas shown in the map.
See the full list of schools in the Eligibility section here.

- Must demonstrate financial need to apply
- Be an enrolled future student -or- an active, current automotive or auto/diesel student at a post-secondary Institution in good standing
