Hey team, I’m Courtney! I’m the Iowa Press Secretary at Tom 2020. As a daughter of an Iowan farmer, I support Tom because when he says ALL Americans, he means rural Americans like my family, communities of color, and the LGBTQ+ community — everyone.
With just over 24 hours left to go until we go to caucus, here is a quick roundup of our updates:
📈A new poll out of South Carolina shows Tom at 18% with voters in the Palmetto State, just two percent behind Bernie Sanders and closing in on Joe Biden. This is huge for Tom — my colleagues in SC (a team of more than 80!) have been working hard on the ground to organize the community around his progressive vision for America, and we’re seeing that work pay off right now. 🗣Save the Date! Next Friday, February 7 at 8:00 p.m. Eastern Time, Tom will be on the debate stage in Manchester, New Hampshire. This debate will be hosted by ABC, WMUR-TV, and Apple News. We’ll be sending details about the best ways to watch soon, so keep your eyes on your inbox.
