The Accountability for Lawless Violence In Our Neighborhoods (ALVIN) Act will stop federal funds from being awarded to the Manhattan DA’s Office, and order repayment of funds received since Jan. 1, 2022.
The No Federal Funds for Political Prosecutions Act would prohibit state or federal agencies from using seized funds or resources to investigate or prosecute a president, vice president, or a candidate for the office of president in a criminal case.
