BREAKING: THE HOUSE PASSES THE PROTECTION OF WOMEN AND GIRLS IN SPORTS ACT
BUT BIDEN IS OPPOSED
SAVE WOMEN’S SPORTS: FIGHT BACK >>>
Fellow conservative, we’ve just had a critical early victory in the fight to save women’s sports.
The House passed the Protection of Women and Girls in Sports Act!
Heritage Action identified this legislation as a key bill in the last Congress, and we have worked ever since to build support for its passage. We put this bill on our scorecard and Members of Congress who supported it, saw their scores go up.
This legislation defends women's safety and opportunities by making it a federal crime under Title IX for anyone who receives federal funds and operates, sponsors, or facilitates athletic programs to allow men to compete in athletic programs specifically designated for women and girls.
SAVE WOMEN’S SPORTS: FIGHT BACK >>
From pushing radical gender ideology in classrooms to infiltrating corporate boardrooms, the Left seeks to erase women and completely redefine "sex." This has forced female athletes to compete against men, not only taking away their opportunity to set records or win races but also threatening their physical safety.
The Biden administration is continuing its assault on women's sports through the federal rule-making process, the Biden administration is fully opposed to this bill.
If our efforts are derailed here, we must double our efforts on the state level to pass urgent legislation to protect female athletes.
Thank you,
Jessica Anderson
