Dear Jack,

Shad White first assumed the role of Mississippi State Auditor in 2018. Since then, he has worked diligently in cracking down on corruption and the mishandling of taxpayer dollars in our state.

White has been a strong component of combatting crime in our capital city and has highlighted some of the key issues that lead to the ongoing high homicide rate in Jackson, such as the epidemic of fatherlessness in the state.

On May 4, he will be discussing ways in which he believes Mississippi's criminal justice system can improve.
