Thousands of people from across hundreds of organisations are hard at work getting everything ready for The Big One. Avaaz and Fairtrade have joined the growing list of supporting organisations - and we are expecting 100,000 people to be there.

The Big One starts tomorrow with a full programme:

• People’s Pickets will be led by 130 organisations outside all major Government Departments with activities throughout the day
• Opening Ceremony with speakers and music, followed by a full line up including Caroline Lucas, Brian Eno, Bianca Jagger and Ben Okri
• Big DIY Assembly plus the Climate Choir singing Voice of Change
• Community events from Christian Climate Action, Writers Rebel, the Planetary Health Hub and many more
