With everything that's happening in Washington, I just wanted to slow down for a moment and say thank you. I'm simply amazed by the outpouring of support you've shown me at such a pivotal moment in our nation’s history.
No one runs for office alone, and I am grateful to have you fighting alongside me as we defend our democracy and continue to make progress in the areas of social and economic justice. None of this would be possible without the support of caring Americans like yourself.
To say 2020 will be the most important election in our lifetime might seem like an understatement. I know we say that about every election, but there's something different this time around. The future of our Republic is at stake.
Healthcare is on the ballot. Decency is on the ballot. Democracy is on the ballot. We must do all we can to live up to America’s highest values and ideals.
