The Supreme Court extended the pause on the lower court's ruling to limited access to the abortion pill through Friday evening.

While the justices take more time to consider the case, the abortion pill will remain generally accessible throughout the U.S. The justices could intervene in the recent ruling from the federal appeals court to limit access to the pill, or it could allow the federal appeals court’s restrictions to stay in place.

Two Alabama teens and a 20-year-old were arrested and face murder charges for the fatal Sweet 16 rampage in Dadeville on Saturday night. Both teen suspects will be tried as adults.
