The purpose of the suit will be twofold: First, to aid the courts in further drawing the line between protected speech and professional conduct subject to regulation. Second, we will hold accountable those responsible for the outrageous weaponization of government against me and countless other professionals who displayed the courage to speak out against censors and regulators run amok.
The Board of Medical Practice was weaponized and came after me five times! Keith Ellison joined in. My story is not unique. Others around the country lost their livelihoods and had their professional careers threatened because of similar government overreach. Their freedom to speak freely and question authority was crushed - and their recourse was oftentimes nonexistent. We are pursuing this lawsuit to set a precedent so that ALL healthcare professionals and beyond will have free speech protections.
I am investing my own resources into this lawsuit, but I need your help too. Will you stand with physicians and others who were outspoken? Will you stand for free speech?
