Susan Collins just released her fundraising results from last quarter...and we outraised her.
And we did it the right way too, through lots and lots of people chipping in small amounts and NOT through corporate PAC donations.
This is great news, don’t get me wrong — but it also means Senator Collins’ wealthy special interest donors will start pouring even more money into this race to catch up to our grassroots funded campaign. We can’t sit back, even for a second, so please:
We proved here that you can’t beat grassroots money with big donors. That’s incredibly powerful, so thank you for helping us do that.
