GOC’s Executive Director Sam Paredes delivers fiery testimony on the failure of microstamping in Tuesday’s Senate Public Safety Committee hearing. 

Sam testified against SB 452, which would mandate all new guns on the so-called "safe handgun list" be microstamped.  In essence, it would ban all semi-auto handguns in the state.  The bill passed on a party-line vote.
