Hi folks!
We just capped off two straight weeks back home in Colorado, and boy was it great getting the chance to to talk with folks on the ground.
While back home, we met with Denver high school students to discuss gun violence prevention, celebrated new investments in broadband, affordable housing, and transportation that will make a huge difference for the Pueblo area; and visited with local leaders from our rural counties to talk about wildfire prevention and other critical issues.
Oh, and I got to spend some quality time with my dog Skye, of course. (Thanks to those who chipped in to her email!)
Getting to meet with folks from across the state, hear their concerns and perspectives, and brainstorm creative solutions together to confront the issues facing us is one of the best — and most important — parts of my job.
I wish I could do the same with each and every one of you, because I know this team is just as passionate as I am about making Washington work for everyone. That’s why I have a personal request for you today, folks:
Will you take a moment to fill out our April Priorities Survey? It’s important for us to create an agenda that’s true to your concerns so that we can improve our fight for you and your family in the United States Senate every day.
Thanks, folks! We can’t wait to read your responses soon.
