The fight's far from over: We need your voice now.

ACLU Supporter –

The Supreme Court just extended by two days an administrative stay blocking decisions that severely curtail the availability of mifepristone – a medication used in most abortions in this country. This stay was extended until 11:59 pm Eastern time this Friday.

While this means the Court has once again hit pause on the dangerous decision by lower courts to ban mifepristone, the fight is far from over.

The court must put an end to this baseless case – which is part of anti-abortion extremists' plan to ban abortion nationwide. From now until Friday, we need as many voices as possible speaking out: Please add your name to our petition now. <[link removed]>

Protect Abortion Access: Add Your Name
<[link removed]>

ACLU Supporter, these calls are part of a full nationwide push across the reproductive freedom movement to protect medication abortion. 84 organizations from across the country have joined in this demand and together we will be delivering signatures to the steps of the Supreme Court to make sure we are all heard loud and clear. So please add your name to this petition now. <[link removed]>

We'll be absolutely clear here: If the Supreme Court doesn't take action to block these dangerous decisions, the majority of the supply of mifepristone could disappear almost overnight.

This is absolutely unacceptable. The decisions from the lower courts are so fundamentally flawed that they have been roundly criticized by experts across the ideological spectrum.

People who need an abortion or miscarriage treatment shouldn't be left to wonder if they will be able to get the care they need – or if the Supreme Court will instead abruptly take that ability away from them. That is why we must speak out now and tell the court to put an end to this case once and for all. <[link removed]>

Thanks for taking action,
