*Contractor RFP*

The Neighborhood Housing Initiatives Division (NHID) is seeking licensed and insured contractors to assist with NHID programs. Contractors would be eligible to bid and perform work and/or provide estimates to determine cost reasonableness on eligible projects.  Selection is contingent upon subrecipient approval and contract awards. If interested, respond to the Request for Proposal (RFP) found on the MSHDA website [ [link removed] ]. It is posted at the bottom of the website under the RFP and Grants section titled NHID Contractor RFP [ [link removed] ]. Deadline to submit is May 2, 2023.
