It’s been a busy few weeks with the news of Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas’ ethics scandals – his vacations on yachts and private jets and the sale of his properties to the same Republican billionaire mega-donor who picked up the tab for his trips – all undisclosed. The new reporting puts a bigger spotlight on ties between Justice Thomas and the massive dark-money operation that has captured the Supreme Court.
