Here’s the deal, John:

First: This month, a Donald Trump appointed judge in Texas issued a ruling that overturned the FDA’s 20-year approval of mifepristone — a safe and effective medicine used in medical abortions and managing miscarriages.

Then: Another court allowed FDA approval of this pill, but with massive restrictions. Last week, the Justice Department appealed the decision to fully protect access to mifepristone, urging the Supreme Court to take on the case.

Now: Our right to safe, legal abortion medication is heading to the Supreme Court. The same justices who struck down Roe v. Wade have the chance to decide the future of mifepristone access.

Now more than ever, our fundamental rights are under assault by extreme right-wing judges and corrupt politicians. Rep. Brian Fitzpatrick has repeatedly voted against legislation to codify Roe v. Wade, making him personally responsible for restricting access to reproductive healthcare and decreasing funding for family planning centers across the country.

Fitzpatrick’s anti-choice agenda is extreme, dangerous, and out of step with our district. If I’m elected to replace him, I will always defend your right to choose and access the healthcare you need. Chip in to help elect a pro-choice champion to represent PA-01 in Congress >>

I didn't fight for our country abroad only to watch our freedoms and rights to be stripped away at home. With your support, I will work to restore a woman’s right to choose and bodily autonomy for all.

Thanks for standing with me,

Ashley
