Fellow conservative, we have an urgent opportunity to save women's sports and protect the rights of female athletes.
Heritage Action has been working behind the scenes since 2019 to enshrine the sanctity of women's sports into law, and now is the time for Congress to act.
Our national survey in 2019 found that 62% of Americans support keeping female high school level and amateur sports teams female only.
We knew this was a pivotal cultural issue then, and have worked ever since to INCREASE support for protecting women and girls sports. This is about more than just fairness—it’s also about protecting women and girls' privacy and safety.
Fellow conservative, the majority of America wants Congress to pass the Protection of Women and Girls in Sports Act. Will you support our grassroots efforts to save women’s sports? Together, we can ensure that women's sports are protected and that female athletes have a level playing field.
Protecting fairness in sports is an important battle in the war against the Left’s radical transgender ideology. We simply cannot let our children be indoctrinated into the Left’s woke gender confusion—it hurts our sons and our daughters whenever it is taught.
We need to keep the Left’s transgender misinformation out of our children’s classrooms. Protecting the integrity of women’s sports is one way we can do that.
