John,
Since I was first elected to Congress, I’ve been advocating for solutions to the problem of coastal erosion closing in on our rail corridor here in CA-49.
I was glad to meet recently with the head of the Federal Railroad Administration as part of our efforts to put the challenges facing our bluffs and beaches on the national radar.
Every day, many residents of our district and region rely on passenger rail to get where they need to go.
It’s critical that we adapt our infrastructure to the realities of coastal erosion and climate change, and I won’t stop until we’ve secured our rail corridor for the long term.
Thank you for your support, John.
More soon,
Mike Levin
