I want you to do me a favor, John.
Close your eyes for a second and imagine what Mississippi would look like with no more Tate Reeves.
I’ll tell you what I see — high-speed internet in every Mississippi household, a booming economy, extended Medicaid, and funded hospitals. A leader who will always put you above special interests, and not a single corruption scandal in sight.
Guess what? We’re just months away from making this a reality.
But I could really use your help. We need to raise at least $10,000 online in the next 60 hours to build enough firepower to defeat Tate. Can you split a few dollars between me and The Majority Rules PAC to crush our goal?
Accepting the title of governor is easy. Actually governing is a whole different animal.
My work as Mayor of Nettleton and on the Public Service Commission speaks for itself. Unlike Reeves, I’ve stood up to the special interests and lobbyists. The big corporations. And everybody else who’s tried to screw over Mississippians one way or another.
Tate Reeves is just another politician who will do anything to keep his rich and powerful buddies happy. I won’t. I am ready to raise Cain and get to work for the people of Mississippi on day one.
We’ve still got a long road ahead until Election Day, so we need to keep our momentum going strong or risk losing our chance to shake up the business-as-usual politics here in the Magnolia State.
