Friends – Let’s recap:

Former Speaker Nancy Pelosi said Clarence Thomas should have never been
confirmed due to the substantiated allegations made against him regarding
sexual harassment.

Since being confirmed, Clarence Thomas accepted tens of millions of
dollars in gifts, trips, vacations, and access to events by one of the
largest Republican donors and power brokers. By law he is REQUIRED to
disclose this.

We learned that this donor was paying Clarence Thomas’ wife, who was at
the January 6, 2021 attack on our Capitol (and Thomas has refused to
recuse himself from any cases despite conflicts of interests).

Clarence Thomas is now defending his refusal to comply with ethics laws
because he claims, despite being a Supreme Court justice, that he doesn’t
understand basic ethics laws.
