Dear FAIR Friend,

If you’re reading this email, it’s probably because you care about the truth. You want to fight for a future where accurate information is a right, where the elite few do not get to set agendas and twist narratives in ways that benefit only them. You believe in a Fourth Estate that empowers everyone and challenges systems of power that harm the majority. You believe that “liberty and justice for all” must truly mean for all.

We agree, and we’ve been working for more than three decades to make that goal a reality, despite a corporate press that regularly muzzles dissenting voices, and politicians who continually fight to stifle free speech when that speech is critical of them.

We’re in the middle of our spring fundraiser, with a goal of raising $15,000 by May 1. This money is crucial in supporting our basic operations now and for years to come, especially as we’ve seen our donations dip amid the economic challenges of the past two years.
