This means that the ACLU won’t be allowed to send in its high-powered attorneys against us in Aurora Regino’s important lawsuit against the Chico Unified School District.

As you may recall, the ACLU filed a motion to intervene, on behalf of the Gender and Sexualities Alliance Network, opposing Aurora’s right to know that teachers and a school guidance counselor were secretly socially transitioning her 5th grade daughter from female to male.

The radical Left wants nothing more than to trample parental rights and force its dangerous ideologies in the face of vulnerable children.

The radical Left shamelessly leverages public schools to teach students the myth that they can transition their gender.

But, thanks to your support, neither the ACLU nor the GSAN can get in the way of our hard-working legal team as we zealously advocate for Aurora Regino and for the parental rights of moms and dads everywhere.

And with each passing day, I’m more and more confident that we will prevail in our lawsuit and put a stop to this unconstitutional “parental secrecy policy” before it spreads further.
