BJS Director Alex R. Piquero, PhD,?delivers keynote speech at the University of Pennsylvania?s CRIM Day 2023

BJS Director Alexis R. Piquero, PhD, will deliver the keynote address, The Agency and Serendipity of a Criminologist, at this year?s CRIM Day. Hosted by the Department of Criminology at the University of Pennsylvania, CRIM Day is open to the public and will feature current projects of Master?s students within the department. The event will be held at the university on Monday, April 24, 2023, at 1:45 p.m.

The Bureau of Justice Statistics of the U.S. Department of Justice is the principal federal agency responsible for collecting, analyzing, and disseminating reliable statistics on crime and criminal justice in the United States. Alexis R. Piquero, PhD, is the director.
