Let?s be clear: Abortion is still legal in California, and in Los Angeles County. Access to the full range of sexual and reproductive health care, including medication abortion, is basic to the health of individuals, families, and communities. Abortion care remains available to pregnant people of any age, regardless of immigration status, insurance coverage, or where you live.
Los Angeles County?s Safe Haven Abortion Project website has a guide to resources in LA County for anyone who needs abortion care, family planning care, or related services.? As the Federal courts continue their work, know that in California and here in LA County, abortion remains safe, accessible, and legal.
