Tomorrow, April 19, at 10:00 a.m. EST, the House Financial Services Subcommittee on Digital Assets, Financial Technology, and Inclusion (yes, “Inclusion”) will hold a hearing on their newest Central Bank Digital Currency scheme.

The bill they’re circulating (it hasn’t been formally introduced yet) would have the Federal Reserve create a report about how wonderful their CBDC scheme would be.

On top of that, the bill proposes a vast regulatory framework on stablecoins, full of language about “diversity” and “inclusion.” The hearing will feature a lobbyist from a crypto company, an industry lobbyist, a bank regulator from New York, and a professor.

It’s certain to be a one-sided hearing, with nobody there to argue that freedom, free markets, and personal responsibility are what’s best and the government needs to get out of the business of controlling you and your money.

Today, please call the majority and minority committee offices and tell them to SHUT DOWN the Central Bank Digital Currency.

There’s no need to “investigate” CBDCs or write a report. The CBDC is a deliberate globalist plot to bring about the total destruction of our financial privacy and security.

So call the committee offices TODAY and tell them you OPPOSE their CBDC Scheme.

Here’s a simple message you can leave with the committee staff:

Hi, this is (your name) from (your city and state). I’m calling to oppose the Central Bank Digital Currency, including the bill the committee is considering tomorrow that would regulate stablecoins and call for a research report into a CBDC.

We don’t need any research report about Central Bank Digital Currency. It’s a scheme to have a currency the government can spy on and manipulate. Everyone knows it and everyone talks about it. And as for stablecoins, the free market should resolve this issue. People have the responsibility to assume risk when investing.

Please tell committee members I oppose their Central Bank Digital Currency Scheme.
