April 18, 2023 - 20000-642-EM-23 (Record No. 17279) - Pursuant to the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act and the Wyoming Public Service Commission's (Commission) Procedural Rules and Special Regulations, notice is hereby given of the Application of Rocky Mountain Power (RMP or the Company) requesting authority to increase rates to recover deferred Net Power Costs (NPC) under Tariff Schedule 95; and to decrease rates pursuant to Tariff Schedule 93, Renewable Energy Credits (RECs) and Sulfur Dioxide (S02) emission allowances, as more fully described below.
