Here at the Innocence Project, we hold a gala every year to celebrate the exceptional people who have shared in our fight to free the innocent and help transform our criminal legal system.

This year, we’ll be honoring the late Innocence Project Board Member and exoneree, Calvin C. Johnson Jr.; advocate and mother of Yusef Salaam, Sharonne Salaam; and the Tananbaum family, all of whom have a deep commitment to social justice and criminal legal reform.
