Convention of States Roundup: Here's what's been happening around the country

Big things are happening in states around the country! As the legislative season gets under full swing, we wanted to give you the latest updates:

  • The Wisconsin Assembly Committee on Federalism and Interstate Relations passed our resolution by a vote of 5-2! This is a milestone for us in Wisconsin, as it is our first-ever committee victory there!
  • Our resolution has been filed or carried over and is now active in 15 states (Kansas, Massachusetts, Michigan, Missouri (for sunset removal) Nebraska, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Washington, West Virginia and Wisconsin).
  • Mark Meckler traveled to Kentucky this week for Surge Day. This was Kentucky’s best-attended Surge ever, and Mark had positive meetings with a number of legislators.
  • COSA General Counsel Robert Kelly and National Grassroots Director Ginny Rapini traveled to Sacramento, California this week to participate in the team’s Surge Day.

To get all the latest news as it happens, but sure to follow us on FacebookInstagramTwitter, and YouTube.

Hey, Uncle Sam! Keep your hands off our guns!

We're all about freedom at the Convention of States Project -- the freedom to make decisions for yourself and your family, the freedom to be self-sufficient, and the freedom to self-governance.

We also support the freedoms guaranteed in the Bill of Rights. And that includes the right to keep and bear arms.

That's why we just released this brand-new T-shirt. It's designed to help you stand in solidarity with the patriots fighting for the Second Amendment in states like Virginia, New York, and California, and to let your friends and neighbors know that you'll never give up your rights.

It reads, "The last time a government tried to take our guns, it didn't turn out well for the government."

Get yours today for only $25. All our shirts are made in the USA with fine jersey cotton, and are fitted, comfortable, and soft.
