I’ve spent the last few days in Iowa visiting every single one of our field offices across the state. We have 33!

We’re in it to win it in the Hawkeye State on our way to win the nomination. And it’ll mean putting in the work: going everywhere, talking to everyone.

But here’s the reality: Sustaining a strong campaign costs a lot. We’re always upfront about why we set fundraising goals, like the $1,000,000 we needed for our end of month fundraising goal. Winning means putting teams on the ground in communities large and small and funding them until they turn out the lights after every precinct is counted.

I’ve known Pete for years. I managed his first mayoral campaign, and I signed on to run this campaign because, like Pete, I believe America needs a fresh start and that he’s the leader to make it a reality. 

He’s offering a new approach that can truly fix what’s been broken for far too long. And I know we can get there because we’ve built an incredible team -- and I saw our team grow even stronger after we opened offices all across Iowa.
