In a 5-4 decision, the Court's conservative justices cleared the way for President Trump to use $2.5 billion to BUILD THE WALL!
It’s a major victory for the Trump administration and the American people.... and a major defeat for the ACLU and the Sierra Club, who had challenged the use of Defense Department funding for border wall construction and had secured lower court injunctions.
Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer decried the Supreme Court's decision, as did Democratic presidential candidates and radical-left members of Congress.
One even referred to border security as a “fake emergency"... revealing just how out-of-touch these liberal Democrats are with the havoc illegal immigration is wreaking upon our nation.
And as they pander to the left, some are leading the call to “abolish ICE” – a direct attack on the men and women serving to uphold law and order and protect our communities.
This SCOTUS decision is a great reminder of why it's so important that we have a bold and effective leader in the White House, who is committed to appointing constitutional conservative jurists to the bench... and why it's so important that we WIN in 2020!
