The country CLEARLY needs some clarity and guidance surrounding gender and parents rights issues.
Now Washington State- an increasingly Communist bastion- has claimed state ownership of children, in a move that would make Stalin proud, to force them to have abortions and sex change operations against their parents' wishes???
The extreme Left has gone off its rocker. It's scary, it's unconstitutional, and the Federal government needs to step in to protect the rights of (sane) parents in Washington State.
Last night, Washington state passed SB 5599 which allows the state to legally take children away from their parents if they don’t consent to their child’s gender transition surgeries.

Democrat Washington State Senator Marko Liias issued a statement when the bill passed, saying:
“Under current law, if a child who has run away from home goes to a licensed shelter, that shelter is required to notify the parents unless a compelling reason applies. The bill allows certified shelters to contact the Department of Children, Youth, and Families (DCYF) in lieu of parents in certain additional instances, such as when a youth is seeking reproductive health services or gender-affirming care.”
What is wrong with people??? Are they so deluded into their sacraments of abortion and gender dysphoria that they can't see what they are doing to children and families?
Here is the truth: the extreme Left has gone off the deep end. We must stop them now, at the Federal level.
They can't force their nutball communist doctrine on us.
I will file a law defining that the law sees only MALE and FEMALE as valid genders- and that the gender you are assigned at birth is the ONLY one that the United States will recognize you as in any official capacity.
I will also refile the Parents' Bill of Rights law again, but this time with some TEETH. Time to punish those who prey on our children.
No more nonsense. No more catering to mentally ill people and extremists.
