Support the work for Palestine in the U.S. on this blessed night! Dear Email, Around the world, almost 2 billion are observing the 27th night of Ramadan and anticipating Laylat al-Qadr (the night of power). In Palestine, 280,000 came to observe it with worship in Masjid Al-Aqsa despite Israeli restrictions and discrimination. Every day of this blessed month, Israeli forces found a different way to harm Palestinians. Despite this, the worshippers in Palestine, on these blessed nights, stand proudly in defense of the third sacred sanctuary in Islam and the right to worship freely. 75 years since the Nakba began, Palestinians are still exemplifying steadfastness on their land and in their homes despite the brutal Israeli oppression. For over a decade and a half, AMP has been committed to the work for Palestine here in the U.S. Through our crucial educational work, our groundbreaking advocacy work, and our grassroots efforts nationwide we are seeing a difference. At every conference, protest, campus visit, or community event we host we see a difference. The data shows it, the streets show it, and even the U.S. Congress is now starting to show it. Palestine has become a prominent issue in the U.S. and among the majority of Americans. On what could be the greatest night of the year, help support AMP’s work as you have done so many times before. Help us build on our successes and reach new milestones for this blessed cause. |
