NC Values Coalition

Dear Friend,

We are emailing you today to ask that you help us pass a bill we have been working very hard on: the Fairness in Women's Sports Act. The opportunity is finally here to protect girls from being forced to compete against biological males in sports.  This week on Tuesday and Wednesday, both the House and Senate will hold committee hearings on the Fairness in Women’s Sports bills—SB 631 and HB 574.

Currently, identical bills are filed in the NC House and Senate focused on protecting the safety and opportunities of female athletes in our state.

Allowing trans women to compete in female sports favors activists over athletes and imperils the integrity of female sports. Research is clear that biological males have bigger muscles, stronger bones, tougher ligaments, and greater lung capacity. Overall, they are physiologically superior to biological females.

A Fairness in Women's Sports bill protects females from being forced to play against biological males on sports teams, which can leave females with injuries and cheats them out of equal opportunities. Girls deserve a level playing field.

If you agree, would you consider taking a moment to use this easy and time-saving click-to-contact tool to email your NC Senators and Representatives and ask them to pass the Fairness in Women's Sports Act?

In gratitude,

Tami & Team,
NC Values
