Today marks 100 days since this Congress was sworn in – hard to believe, isn’t it?

In the 100 days since Republicans were in absolute chaos as they tried to elect a Speaker, they’ve done nothing but play games and waste time while the American people wait for Congress to get to work.

Americans need and deserve House leaders who put people over politics and do the job they were sent to Washington to do. Right now, I’m focused on helping Democrats regain a majority in the House, starting with our ability to build early resources and connect with voters throughout the cycle. Since their Speaker squabble 100 days ago, the GOP has focused on nothing but limiting our constitutional rights, rolling back environmental protections, and making regulatory exceptions for the ultra-wealthy.
