John, if you’re a TikTok user, you can bet China is spying on you!

The CCP has dozens of ways of abusing TikTok’s data collection, having used the app to try and access journalists' sources and locations and censor information, but John, I won’t let you be the next victim.

As an America-First leader in Congress, I’m always willing to fight for our First Amendment rights and privacy.

The CCP has no business accessing our personal information, but after harvesting millions of users’ data, I’m working with my colleagues to stop the CCP!

John, here are just a few things Republicans have done to protect Americans privacy:

• Banned TikTok on Government devices and we are pushing to expand the ban to protect every American user’s data.

• Held hearings with the head of TikTok and questioned him on censorship, data harvesting, and violating their own terms and conditions.

• Supported legislation to broaden privacy protections and ensure you and your family can keep your data secure.

• I’m doing everything I can in Washington to ensure your privacy is protected, but in the meantime, I need you to rush in your support and help spread the word about this serious threat! →
