I’m in New York City today...along with Jim Jordan and the rest of the Republican-controlled House Judiciary Committee.

Why?

Jordan and Kevin McCarthy are exerting an unprecedented level of political pressure against Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg in a corrupt, vain attempt to block Donald Trump from legal accountability and place him above the rule of law.

But no one is above the law. Not even presidents.

As I’m in Manhattan calling out Republicans’ hypocrisy and meddling in Trump’s criminal case, MAGA trolls and their amplifiers in the right-wing media will be attacking me relentlessly. So before Jim Jordan’s “field hearing” begins, I am urgently asking:
