Our work continues...

Dear John,

Spring is here and that also means tax filing day approaches. We wanted to send you a quick reminder that contributions to NDRN are tax-deductible.

One of the things that makes the National Disability Rights Network so unique is that we are truly cross-disability advocates. We fight for everyone. Which means we have the broad perspective needed to advocate for the big changes that benefit the entire disability community.

Right now, our policy team is fighting on Capitol Hill for big changes to employment law that would prevent employers from paying people with disabilities less than the minimum wage. Imagine trying to survive on less than minimum wage!

We’re also pushing for legislation that would transform air travel and make it safer for people with disabilities to fly. It’s time to hold the airlines accountable!

There are also two bills we helped get introduced that will add protection for people with disabilities who are impacted by emergencies and natural disasters. If you’d like to help us advocate for any or all of this legislation, go to the Take Action page on our website.

These are just a few examples of the important work we do that your tax-deductible contributions go to support. Help us continue to keep the pressure on Congress with a gift today.

Sincerely,
Marlene Sallo
Executive Director

A gift of just $10, $15, or $25 goes much farther than you think. Thank you for your support!
