This is Tim Scott coming to you with a major update about 2024.
You probably already know this – I just announced that I’m exploring a run for President of the United States. But I wanted to tell you a little bit about what led me to this decision.
I grew up in poverty, raised by a single mother who worked tirelessly to provide for our family. Nothing in life came easy for us, but we never lost faith, and we never stopped working hard. We held onto the belief that one day, we too could live out our very own American Dream.

Today, our country is being tested like never before. The division caused by the radical Left is a threat to the future of our nation. They promote victimhood over personal responsibility and want to convince our children that they live in an evil place with no hope for change.
Our diverse nation should be celebrated, but instead, they use our differences to further divide us. They are weaponizing race to keep us apart, and I, for one, have had enough.
I refuse to sit idly by while they continue to use our differences to control us.
They can call me a prop, a token, or any other racially charged name in the book. But I am proud to stand in their way and disrupt their narrative. It's the only way we can rip their controlling grip off of the American people.
I bear witness that America can do for anyone what she has done for me, but that takes work and faith.
Without faith in America, we will slip further toward the radical Left's future without hope.
I am committed to this country, and I am committed to you. If you, too, are committed to this great nation, then can I ask you to give $5, $10 or even $15 to my Presidential Exploratory Committee Fund?

John, I just launched my Presidential Exploratory Committee, and I couldn’t be more excited to hit the ground and listen to more Americans about their concerns, worries, fears, and priorities.
