This is serious and urgent. President Trump just took executive action to expand the Muslim ban. Now, people from 6 additional countries are banned from travel to the U.S.*
This is outrageous! Please channel your outrage into action — so we can send a thunderous message. Demand that elected officials rescind all versions of the Muslim ban — and other dangerous and discriminatory policies blocking children, families, and individuals from seeking safety in the U.S.
The Trump administration’s efforts to expand the ban are unlawful and harmful. Amnesty research has demonstrated how every version of this ban has shown itself to be deadly, dangerous, and disastrous.
John, we can’t let chaos become the new normal. Tell your Senators and Members of Congress that you do NOT support banning people simply because of who they are or where they come from.
Since the ban was first implemented three years ago, we have seen families torn apart, a rise in anxiety in Muslim communities, and an increase in anti-Muslim hate crimes.
We need urgent action to undo these xenophobic policies that masquerade as security measures. Now is the time to act. Please stand with us.
