A private security firm hired by the fossil fuel industry put together a
dossier about 350.org. It said we are of "significant concern" for Big Oil
and "have a track record of success in [our] campaigns."

This is a sign of our strength. Big Oil knows we are a threat. But to keep
up this work, we need to reach 3,500 donations by Earth Day next weekend.

This is INCREDIBLE, John.
Journalists just uncovered a secret dossier about 350.org.^1 It was
created by a surveillance firm hired by a fossil fuel company because we
were supporting Indigenous activists opposing a pipeline. Here's what's
inside:

"350.org's ability to bring global attention... via their global network
of supporters represents a concern... for the client. 350.org's ability to
mobilize large groups of supporters is also of significant concern. They
have a track record of success in their campaigns and should be engaged
only after significant preparation."

We have Big Oil's attention. They know that we can mobilize millions, that
we can win our campaigns, and begin a just transition to renewable energy
solutions.

Our goal is to reach 3,500 contributions before Earth Day, and right now,
we're coming up short. Can you make your
first contribution to help us close this gap and reach our Earth Day
goal?

$3.50,
or whatever amount makes sense to you today, to continue to power our work
to transition to renewable energy.

It wasn't just our work supporting this Indigenous-led campaign against a
pipeline that got Big Oil's attention.

The Wall Street Journal recently reported that "Exxon's climate opponents
were infiltrated" — including us at 350.org — by a private spy group.^2 We
were part of the effort to expose what Exxon knew about climate change,
and we attracted corporate spies for that work.

The fossil fuel industry knows that we can mobilize people, that we can
win our campaigns, and that we can change the world.

If we want to keep this up, we need to reach our Earth Day goal of 3,500
donations by Saturday. We are still a little short — but if you contribute
today, we can get closer to reaching this goal and keep up the pressure
for our transition to renewable energy.

its heels? Add your contribution today.
