We're updating our Privacy Policy to be transparent about our practices and more accurately reflect the way our organization handles supporter information. We want to be open with our supporters and share the key changes to the Policy that may affect your interactions with The Humane League.

These changes will be summarized at the end of the new policy.

• We updated the "How Your Information Is Used" section to increase transparency on how THL uses information.

• We significantly updated the terms within the "When Your Information May Be Shared" section.

• We updated the "Digital Advertising & Analytics" section to increase transparency around the use of digital advertisements on our Site, how to opt out of some of these items, and how to learn more.

• We updated the "Third-Party Websites" section to include references to social media plug-ins on our Site and the impact on your personal information.

The Privacy Policy updates will go into effect on May 1, 2023. We encourage all supporters to read the full Policy prior to this date.

By continuing to share data with The Humane League, on or after May 1, 2023, you agree to be bound by our new Privacy Policy. If you would like to opt-out, please follow the opt-out procedures outlined in the Policy, or contact [email protected].
