I know my team has been reaching out a lot lately, so I wanted to make sure you had a chance to hear from me directly.

As you may know, every month our campaign has fundraising goals we need to hit in order to keep our campaign firing on all cylinders. But this month’s deadline is a little bit different. In a matter of days, vote-by-mail ballots begin hitting mailboxes in California.

Voters are beginning to make their choice in the primary, so we’re doing everything we can to reach them before votes are cast. Of course, doing that takes resources.
