[[link removed]]URGENT ACTION NEEDED: Do NOT let Formosa Plastics construct its massive
pollutant-ridden project in Cancer Alley!

Cancer Alley is the name given to an area along the Mississippi River in Louisiana that Big
Oil and Big Plastic has occupied with OVER 200 petrochemical factories and refineries -- releasing colossal amounts of toxic pollutants that are harming the region’s people, wildlife, and ecosystems.

And now, Formosa Plastics wants to build a GIANT 2,400-acre industrial complex so dangerous that it’s not even allowed to operate in Taiwan, where Formosa’s own headquarters are located!

Look, Friend, there’s still a chance to STOP this
monstrous corporate project from moving forward if we can get President Biden to
REVOKE the factory’s permit. But it’s going to take environmentalists like you to speak up NOW and help
apply enough public pressure. Can we count on you to step up and take action
today before it’s too late?

[[link removed]]Big Plastic’s corporate greed has already taken a toll on our oceans, people,
and our planet. Rampant plastic pollution is consuming the Earth, contaminating
everything from the water we drink, the food we eat, and even the air we breathe.

On top of that, plastic production is exacerbating the climate crisis, burning through large amounts of harmful fossil fuels and releasing tons of global warming emissions into the atmosphere. These destructive facilities are predominantly located in
rural, Black, and low-wealth communities who are forced to bear the brunt of
this dirty petrochemical pollution -- which has been linked to cancer, respiratory damage, brain injury, and heart issues.

But Formosa Plastics is willing to threaten public health and our planet all for
the sake of profit -- so we MUST demand action immediately to prevent this
disastrous project from causing even more harm to our communities and our
precious Earth. Please, Friend, we’re almost out of time: Add your name
NOW to urge President Biden to STOP this destructive Formosa Plastics project!
